She also represents the creators of international television series and formats, which she packages for domestic networks and cable.
The company specializes in Business Development and routes to market for companies launching in the U.S. QMM’s international clients have made deals with ABC, CBS, PBS, Warner Horizon, Kinetic Content, Sony, and Showtime, among others. Company clients have included TV2 in Norway, TV3 in Ireland, Wild Rover Productions in Belfast, Grace Blue (global executive search), Independent Pictures, Enterprise Ireland, QuebeComm, Screen Leaders EU, and TRC’s International Development programme sponsored by the UK channels BBC and Ch 4.

Quinn is an Adjunct Professor at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, NYU LA, and Carnegie Mellon’s MEIM program and is a speaker at ATAS, NATPE, MIPCOM, MIPTV and USC. Quinn is on the Board of Directors of the Women in Film, a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and an Associate Member of BAFTALA. Pat was awarded The Candace Bowen Membership Award by Women In Film as recognition for her contributions.
Prior to coming to Los Angeles, she was an executive developing, marketing and producing projects for such major theatrical companies as the American Conservatory Theatre, American Repertory Theatre, the Berkshire Theatre Festival and the National Playwrights’ Conference. Quinn was a development consultant for three years in the early stages Robert Redford’s Sundance Film Institute/Sundance Film Festival. She is a graduate of Bennington College and Yale Drama School.
